Made using sustainably sourced heirloom cocoa beans of the Chuno variety, grown in Jinotega, northern Nicaragua. Referred to as Esencia, these particular beans have undergone a longer fermentation with less oxygen, before being roasted by us in England to highlight their unique character.

Tasting notes of rich cocoa, nuts and dried fruits.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Cocoa solids 75% minimum. 75g

May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts and milk.
