58% Milk

Made using sustainably sourced heirloom cocoa beans of the Chuno variety, grown in Jinotega, northern Nicaragua. Referred to as Esencia, these particular beans have undergone a longer fermentation with less oxygen, before being roasted by us in England to highlight their unique character.

The high cocoa content with the addition of milk makes for an expressive milk chocolate.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder. Cocoa solids 58% minimum. Milk solids 15% minimum. 75g

May contain traces of tree nuts and peanuts.
