Made using sustainably sourced heirloom cocoa beans of the Chuno variety, grown in Jinotega, northern Nicaragua. Roasted by us in England to highlight their unique character and refined with sweet and fruity Costa Rican coffee, to a create smooth chocolate.
We currently use Costa Rican beans from the Tarrazu valley which are roasted in house fresh for each batch.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, coffee (1.5%). Cocoa solids 58% minimum. Milk solids 15% minimum. 75g
May contain traces of tree nuts and peanuts.
